Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Owner - Manufacturing Processes who will be tasked with leading the design and development of manufacturing operations processes within the ERP system, in particular for the production of white spirits. This includes overseeing the entire production lifecycle, from distillation to bottling and packaging, ensuring these processes are optimized, standardized, and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.

You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions:

  • Design of Manufacturing Processes: Lead the creation of detailed process designs for the manufacturing of white spirits, including and not limited to distillation, blending, bottling, and packaging, within the ERP scope.

  • Process Development and Implementation: Oversee the development and implementation of these manufacturing processes in the ERP, working closely with tech and ERP specialists to ensure the system accurately supports operational needs.

  • Standardization Across Facilities: Drive efforts to standardize manufacturing operations across all production facilities, ensuring consistency in the quality and efficiency of production.

  • Integration with Quality Control: Ensure the designed processes are fully integrated with quality control measures within the ERP system, maintaining high standards of product integrity and safety.

  • Collaboration for Process Alignment: Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align manufacturing operations with broader operational strategies and supply chain requirements.
