職務要約:

  • Annual BCプロセスの一環であるExperience Studyの遂行
  • 定期的な死亡率、罹病率、解約率などのモニタリングおよびその分析資料の作成
  • 新商品開発のためのデータ分析およびAssumption設定の補佐
  • 当社の顧客の継続率やバリュー、満足度を上げるための施策の策定に必要なデータ分析および提案

職務詳細:

  • 定期的に開催されるIn-force management committeeで報告する死亡率、罹病率、解約率、継続率などのモニタリングおよびその分析資料の作成
  • モニタリング結果を踏まえ、Annual Basis Changeプロセスの一環としてExperience Studyを行い、IFRSベースのPricingおよびValuation Assumption(死亡率・ 罹患率・解約率など)を作成
  • 商品部や商品数理部と協力し、新商品開発をデータ分析などで補佐
  • In-force Management部や営業などと協力し、当社の顧客の継続率やバリュー、満足度を上げるための施策を策定するために必要なデータ分析および提案
  • FSAおよび生命保険協会等への経験率関連のレポート業務
  • 経験分析上必要となるデータフローの構築、保守、改善および移行業務

The Opportunity

The customer is the focus of everything we do, and millions of end users rely on our products daily. Role Summary:

  • Conduct Experience Study as a part of Annual Basis Change
  • Create and analyze experience monitoring for mortality, morbidity, lapse etc.
  • Analyze data and make proposals to improve persistency, value and satisfaction of our customers

Job Description:

  • Create and analyze experience monitoring for mortality, morbidity, lapse etc which are reported in periodically held In-force Management Committee.
  • Construct IFRS basis Pricing and Valuation Assumptions for mortality, morbidity, lapse etc based on the monitoring result as a part of annual Basis Change process.
  • Work with Product and Product Pricing to support product development analysis of data.
  • Work with In-force Management Promotion and DBM area to improve persistency and value and satisfaction of our customers by providing necessary data analysis as well as proposing new measures.
  • Create reports/data related to experience monitoring submitted to FSA and LIAJ.
  • Create, maintain, improve and migrate dataflow required for experience analysis related tasks.

Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:

Hybrid Model, following Manulife’s Working Better guidelines.

Over time:

0-40 hours/month.

Salary:

Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.

Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

Working Hours:

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm  (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
