Seven Starling is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Recruiter to scale its world class team of mental healthcare providers. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will own the full recruitment life cycle for psychotherapists (LCSWs, LPCs, PsyD, etc.), psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), collaborative physicians, and other essential clinical team members.

With expertise in mental healthcare recruiting, you will analyze our hiring models and associated data to determine our clinical needs to support our growth goals. You will create and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, develop outside of the box tactics to build a thriving pipeline, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. What you'll do
  • Analyze capacity, utilization & growth data to determine our clinical hiring needs across geographies and license types
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies for psychotherapists, PMHNPs, collaborative physicians, and other clinical roles
  • Support the creation of compelling job descriptions highlighting the unique opportunity to join Seven Starling's mission
  • Use traditional and creative methods to source exceptional active and passive candidates across databases, job boards, and networks to drive applications of qualified candidates
  • Support our clinical team in developing clinical hiring criteria, interview plans, and questions for behavioral-based interviews
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across all clinical team hires
  • Ownership, organization, and management of clinical applicants in our ATS and other job boards
  • Leverage recruitment tools and provide data-driven reporting on key talent acquisition metrics
  • Collaborate with the Provider Operations Team for a seamless onboarding to integrate new clinical hires into the team
  • Manage and communicate with our passive candidate pipeline, creating thoughtful touchpoints
  • Maintain and update SOPs for Clinical Recruitment
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to develop a scalable clinical recruitment training & onboarding program
  • Support new clinical hiring managers in learning best practices in hiring for Seven Starling
