Your missions

Digital Strategy:
• Send out email marketing through Shopify every Saturday at 12pm (flexible depending on date and time target audience is most likely to buy according to your expertise).
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the client's business’s mission of personal development and spiritual growth, with a strong authentic approach. (Daily content posted but 3 boosted post per week through facebook ads)
• Stay ahead of the wellness industry trends focusing on the self development sector, emerging technologies, and updates in digital platforms to ensure our approach is innovative and competitive.

Campaign Management:
• Brainstorm, provide suggestions for trending content that the client can create with the products to use in these marketing campaigns, plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels like social media, (focused on instagram and tiktok) targeting women in the age range of 18-30 years old, email, content marketing, and paid advertising through facebook ads to increase engagement with the clients products and services.
• Use data-driven insights to continually adjust campaigns for optimal performance and user engagement.

Content Creation:
• Lead the creation of authentic, inspirational content that reflects our brand's voice, collaborating with content teams to produce multimedia (videos, graphics, infographics) that engage and inspire our audience.
• Ensure all content is consistent with our message of personal development and spiritual growth.

SEO and SEM:
• Implement SEO strategies that enhance website visibility, driving organic traffic.
• Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic to our site and improve conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting:
• Measure results. Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on KPIs, offering actionable insights to improve future performance. (Provide pdf files with analytics and statistics focused on measuring KPIs in a clear and precise format).
• Deliver daily reports that demonstrate how digital marketing initiatives support overall business goals and increased online sales.

Budget Management:
• Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets, optimizing spend to maximize return on investment and support our mission of personal development and spiritual growth.
