Organization:

SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley

Position Overview:

Primarily Work from Home within the Sutter Health Northern California footprint with occasional onsite work required at hospitals.

Implements and supports the application and data integration managed by Information Services (IS). Provides application and technical support for the product line in addition to providing triage and troubleshooting to the product clients. Monitors systems for data quality, efficiency, operation, and data integrity while escalating issues and problems. Provides system analysis, design, development, documentation, and configuration as well as testing and training of the product. Lastly, Ensures that applications are optimally planned, documented, validated, adhere to standards, and maintained.

*3+ years of Epic experience is highly desired.
*Epic ClinDoc certification would be a plus.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Associate's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

1 year recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Working knowledge of data and application development lifecycle methodologies.

Proficient knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.

Proficient knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) messaging standards and structure.

Intermediate understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration.

Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.

Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Pay Range is $36.59 to $54.89 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
