Your mission
As an internal Sales Support Specialist you are a real all-rounder. You make sure that in the background all the wheels turn smoothly and that our customers from almost 40 countries around the world have a professional and positive customer experience:
- Invoicing: You are responsible for invoicing all of our business lines, including collecting required information to ensure correct bills, corrections of invoices, providing data for reporting and cooperating with our Finance department to coordinate dunning
- Purchasing Portals:Â You ensure that invoicing are done via the correct Purchasing Portals requested by customers as well as following up on questions and issues connected with those portals
- CRM administration: You keep our CRM in shape, drive its further development, and ensure that our customer campaigns and interactions are well documented
- Contract management: You keep an eye on expiring contracts and pending extensions and take into account the various special requests of our customers
- Offers & billing: You support the sales team in preparing offers, responding to tenders and billing support services and subscription contracts
