Role Summary/Purpose

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to collect, process, and store large datasets from various sources.

  • Develop data visualizations and identify patterns to communicate actionable metrics to stakeholders on strategic initiatives requiring analytics support.

  • Develop and manage dynamic dashboards and leaderboards.

  • Develop new data models to support analytics, Metabase dashboards, and self-serve tools.

  • Maintain existing data models to support reporting and analytics.

  • Create SQL queries & optimizing efficiency and execution of analytics data models.

  • Work closely with internal program and analytics staff around all evaluation and analysis activities.

  • Handle requests from internal requestors.

  • Communicate changes with external partners

Qualification/ Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related role

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

  • Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt, Talend).

  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and related services (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies

    

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Work Mode: Remote

Location: Pakistan
