Your missions

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing the end to end onboarding process
  • Assist new employees with the completion of paperwork
  • Create and maintain a checklist to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Email follow-ups
  • Drafting offer letters
  • Authenticating
  • Ensuring compliance with all processes
  • Background Checking
  • Reference Checking
  • Providing project updates and reports to team lead and/or senior management
  • Assist with ad-hoc and routine projects across the HR teams, and provide recruiting coordination support.


Requirements
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management is a plus
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in same or similar role
  • Possession exceptional communication skills
  • Adhere to confidentiality, and not discuss business matters with others
  • Familiar with onboarding
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills    
  • Ability to identify complex problems and related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions  
  • Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities

Benefits

Work Environment

  • General Work Hours: Work from Colombo 5 office 11AM to 8PM and WFH 12.30PM to 9.30PM Sri Lanka Time – 45hrs/week
  • Remuneration: Basic LKR 70,000 to LKR 130,000/- 
  • Location: Hybrid. 2 days work from Colombo 5 office and 3 days work from home.
