At interworks.cloud, we are looking for a People Growth & Operations Specialist to handle internal people operations and employee experience, understand their needs, and provide support and guidance on our way of working and processes.  


The Role 

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be supporting various employee functions, ensuring a positive and efficient employee experience. This role involves managing employee performance and growth, improving company processes, and fostering a positive work culture through initiatives like team building, employee recognition, and engagement programs.

Your Role & Responsibilities 


  • Oversee the performance review process, to assess employee performance and identify development opportunities 
  • Participate in implementing strategies to retain top talent 
  • Support employee development through training, coaching, and mentorship 
  • Create surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements based on feedback. 
  • Train and help employees understand their roles and responsibilities, as well as the company's mission, values, and goals 
  • Develop and maintain a positive work culture that fosters employee engagement, well-being, and productivity 
  • Plan and implement new technologies to improve efficiency or productivity in company processes 
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and best practices that can be applied to improve company processes and introduce new initiatives 
  • Guide leadership team with goal setting and planning, employee relations, and change management 
  • Handle difficult situations and identify and manage employee low-performance 


Our Ideal Candidate 


  • At least 4 years of work experience in managing People Growth and Processes. 
  • BSc degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a people-related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of HRIS Systems (we use BambooHR) and experience with tools for team collaboration and performance management like Jira, Confluence, 15Five, or similar platforms.  
  • Strong commitment to learning, troubleshooting, and promoting company culture
  • Strong sense of empathy – you are attuned to hearing the question behind the request
  • Able to own your tasks, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate as part of a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in both Greek and English – both oral and written.
