The Role

 

The Global Site Feasibility Manager will organize, manage, and complete feasibilities and network surveys that are presented across the Headlands Research site network. They will also be responsible for data management via Salesforce as well as liaising with the site personal and creation of cross-site proposals.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all feasibilities are delivered on-time (24-hour response/completion time)
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Sponsors/CROs
  • Bi-weekly calls with Headlands Research site teams to discuss status of feasibilities and studies.
  • Data management within Devana
  • Request updates from Sponsors/CROs as directed and needed
  • Maintain time sensitive datasets
  • Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoints to document needs
  • Communicate and collaborate with investigators and key site team members to collect feasibility data
  • Creation of cross-site proposals
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Proficiency in Headlands Research CTMS to access site/enrollment data

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least two (2) years of clinical research experience preferred
  • Previous experience at CRO/Sponsor preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
