This is a remote position.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer specializing in Configuration Testing to join our team. This role involves evaluating technical candidates for senior-level configuration testing positions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in configuration testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for configuration testing positions, focusing on evaluating candidates skills in hardware and software configuration testing.
  • Develop and continuously update assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest trends and best practices in configuration testing.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and QA teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly.
  • Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, helping to inform hiring decisions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in configuration testing technologies and tools, ensuring assessments remain current and relevant.
  • Facilitate technical workshops or discussions to evaluate candidates hands-on skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewers, providing guidance on best practices and interview techniques.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in configuration testing roles.
  • Deep understanding of configuration testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with tools and frameworks used in configuration testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest configuration testing trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
