Job description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to oversee our CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client information, ensuring data accuracy, and managing the overall functionality of the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the CRM system daily.
Input and update client information in the CRM system.
Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly organized.
Identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies within the CRM system.
Assist in developing and implementing CRM policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage.

Qualifications:

Experience with CRM systems - must.
Strong knowledge of Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent data management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
English Upper Intermediate and higher
