Job Title: Image Retoucher
Job Description:
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Image Retoucher at OneTen, you will be responsible for enhancing, manipulating, and perfecting digital images to ensure they meet our quality standards and client specifications. You will collaborate closely with our designers, art directors, and creative directors to achieve their vision for image outputs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills in image editing software, and experience retouching AI-generated imagery.
- Retouch and edit digital images according to provided guidelines and creative briefs.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all images edited.
- Make necessary adjustments to color, lighting, and composition to enhance each image.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in image retouching and editing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an Image Retoucher or similar role (5+ years).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition.
- Experience with photo manipulation to achieve desired effects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
- Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates image retouching expertise.
- Ability to articulate image retouching process from start to finished result.
Location: Remote in US
Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour on W2.
