This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, project management, and a passion for real estate technology.

Duties:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and recommend enhancements to streamline operations and increase productivity.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the real estate or technology sector.
• Mobile app experience a plus.

Additional Information:

Pay range: $68,000 - $85,000/per year based on experience.
