Primary responsibilities include leading the company's strategic growth initiatives, being mindful of both volume and profit in the Value Channel, emphasizing on Key Accounts. Responsible for achieving sales goals and strategic objectives within the channel. Effectively manage the relationship with customers in the channel, lead negotiations, and influence alignment with Barcel. Analyzes business environment to develop annual strategic plans for customers as a Strategic Joint Business Plan partner.
