We’re seeking dedicated customer-oriented candidates to join our team of Customer Solutions Specialists (CSSs). This team takes in-bound calls from members in need of roadside assistance (tire change, jump start, tow) via phone, arranges the needed service by selecting and dispatching a service provider, and provides customer care and follow up. Our revolutionary technology takes the guesswork out of the job and provides you with all the tools you need to be successful.
