Your missions

OUR STORY

Engine Shop is a creative-led experiential agency solving business challenges with storytelling and by connecting our clients with their audiences at the intersection of consumer passion points (e.g., lifestyle, culture, sports, music, film, television, and gaming). Through physical experiences, content, and branded entertainment, we drive our clients’ business objectives by turning a brand’s identity, equities and emotional intelligence from abstract to tangible.

But that is not our only focus. Our culture is a consideration in everything we do. How we treat one another, how we have each other’s backs, and how we welcome people for who they are, set the metrics of how we define ourselves.  And we know work must fit into life and life into work.

We want new people to not only join us, but to also drive us.  Drive us to better solutions, drive us to be a better collective, drive us to be the “Better Way.”

WHAT’S YOUR STORY

You are smart, hardworking, dynamic, and effectively collaborate with different teams across the agency. You like to see the “big picture” and are not afraid of leading team members across disciplines and seniority levels to get projects done on time and on budget. You are a team builder and strive to understand all points of view but are also decisive and can quickly gain consensus on next steps and maintain project momentum.

You are very organized and detail-oriented, and you get a kick out of fast-paced projects across multiple programs.  You understand how to effectively communicate and manage different personalities. You are comfortable being the face of a brand at high profile events.  You enjoy streamlining processes to create solutions that make everyone’s lives easier.  You appreciate a challenge and roll with the punches while staying focused on the task at hand, and you feel a great sense of accomplishment when a puzzle of task pieces is put together to launch an operation.
