Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire software project lifecycle, from initiation to launch, maintenance, and support.
Ensure project alignment with clients on timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Facilitate interdisciplinary teams to streamline project delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, exceeding their expectations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and driving satisfaction.
Anticipate customer needs, identify upselling opportunities, and manage project risks.
Develop project plans, track progress, and present offerings while identifying potential risks.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Expertise in product ownership and managing projects from inception to completion.
Highly organized with a structured approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.
