JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Structural Intervention (SI) business in the UK is recruiting for a Territory Manager (TM) to support a small number of accounts, predominantly across the North West, plus an account in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in the Structural Heart space.

The TM will provide the primary sales input at a territory level to the customer base, implementing defined strategies with the purpose of increasing market share and revenue generation. The TM will be conversant in, and able to effectively communicate the rationale of using Abbott’s SI products, providing practical and theoretical technical support to the existing or potential customer base. The TM must understand the dynamics of the local healthcare market, Company and competitors’ strategies impacting the accounts within the assigned sales territory and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products, clinical practice and quality and regulatory requirements.

The TM will provide technical support and therapy knowledge whenever requested within the assigned accounts.

Ideal candidates will hold a degree in a relevant discipline, with prior medical devices sales experience (ideally within the cardiology space) demonstrating commercial success.
