System Design Engineer-AutoCAD Part Time (Security & Investigations, Home Based)

Salary: P400-P500 (per hour)

Schedule: Home Based, Day Shift (20 hours per week, Schedule to be discussed)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 5+ years of applicable experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of how to coordinate drawings between disciplines and ability to identify drawing conflicts between the disciplines

Nice to Have:

• Nice to have if they have 3D modelling experience
• Experience working on Electronics Security industry (Networking, Access controls, Alarm Systems, CCTV, etc.)

What will you do?

• Assist and lead in the development of the Professional Engineering Services systems inclusive of internal standards, documentation templates, filling and standard details
• Provide various security design solution advice throughout the project with the Project Manager and Senior technicians
• Contribute to the overall reporting between the technical, delivery and sales departments with a view to achieving fully optimized, resolved and value managed solutions.
• Report to the Project and Technical Manager as required to ensure the successful design and solutions for projects.
• Provide recommendations throughout the company regarding Design Engineering optimization and organization.
• Contribute to overall business improvement initiatives through standards, procedures, quality controls and design principles.
