Primary Responsibilities:
Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients
Lead architecture and design new IAM solutions
Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability and continuity discussions
Lead IAM technology assessments and health checks
Assist in communicating IAM program strategy and success to executive management
Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of IAM solutions
Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions
Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary
Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC
Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product support
Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
General Business Responsibilities:
Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team settings and multi-task environment
Author technical documentation
Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements and Qualifications Preferred Education Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field IAM Technology-specific training/certification a plusCISSP Certification a plus
ExperienceKnowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: Identity Governance & AdministrationAccess ManagementSSO/FederationPrivileged Access ManagementEnterprise Directories3+ year of experience with IAM implementation/architecture3+ year of experience in security consulting, security administration, and/or information technology
