As the Senior Property Management Assistant, you’ll be the linchpin in a dynamic short-term rental operation. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead pricing strategies using Pricelabs to maximize property revenue
  • Master Guesty CRM to streamline daily operations and enhance guest experiences
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior virtual assistants, fostering their growth and efficiency
  • Tackle complex Airbnb support issues, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction
  • Make executive decisions on guest relocations and property management to optimize performance
  • Create and manage new listings to expand the company’s market presence
  • Implement operational improvements to drive company growth and profitability
  • Analyze property portfolio performance and provide strategic insights to leadership
Requirements
  • Leadership experience as you will manage 2 other admin assistants
  • Proven track record in short-term rental management, particularly with Airbnb properties
  • Expert-level proficiency in Pricelabs for dynamic pricing and Guesty CRM for property management
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in team supervision and mentoring
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
