We’re looking for a Director of Influencer Campaigns within our Pattern Creators business to drive the success of our paid creator campaigns via high-EQ partnership, seamless execution and fanatical attention to best practices for creator content. This role is expected to deliver impactful results and delight clients by training and directing a diverse, global team of campaign management associates. Pattern Creators offers a software-as-a-service product that allows brands build and manage ambassador programs and influencer campaigns along, combined with managed services that provide brands scaled execution on creator-led strategies. This role will be integral to the success of our Creators team by ensuring operational excellence to Pattern partners and internal stakeholders on influencer campaigns.

This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule in Lehi, Utah, or a fully remote role from Los Angeles, California.

  • Manage, train and ensure the career growth of a team of junior campaign management associates, instilling process discipline and industry knowledge across the team to produce excellent campaign deliverables that meet brands’ marketing needs

  • Work with a team of Pattern Creators Account Managers to understand clients’ marketplace strategies, budgets and influencer content needs, in order to track and assign this book of business across campaign associates

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients and making data-driven decisions to enhance future campaign effectiveness.

  • Stay current on content trends and creative best practices within Pattern Creators’ targeted social practices, and share insights and recommendations to campaigns team and other Pattern stakeholders on formats that drive commerce conversion

  • Partner with Pattern data and product teams to continually improve our ability to refine and apply content insights via new processes, analyses or proprietary solutions (e.g. LLMs)

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields, including at least one year of people leadership

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of social media ecosystems and creator partnerships.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and optimize strategies to meet client objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Low-ego partnership approach, as demonstrated by a deep history of successful creative collaboration with diverse content creators and their teams, leading to positive client outcomes.

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?

First 30 Days:

In the first 30 days, you'll immerse yourself in Pattern Creators' influencer marketing strategies, tools, and processes. You'll build strong relationships with key Pattern stakeholders while familiarizing yourself with your incumbent team of Campaign Associates. You’ll also review creator programs and campaign strategies by Pattern Creators’ top clients. By the end of this period, you’ll have a solid understanding of the business and be proficient in the tools required to manage campaigns effectively.

First 60 Days:

By the 60-day mark, you’ll have taken ownership of Pattern Creators’ campaign management processes and operations, making some initial adjustments and sharing insights with leadership on longer-term areas to improve. You'll be leading the campaign management team in daily operations and mentorship, driving consistent delivery against content output and performance targets while starting to understand brand strategies and objectives in greater depth and recommending targeted optimizations.

First 90 Days:

In the first 90 days, you'll demonstrate your ability to execute successful influencer campaigns that exceed client expectations and deliver measurable results. You’ll have identified and implemented process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, established yourself as a trusted leader, and started shaping long-term strategies that align with client goals and Pattern Creators' vision for growth.

What is the team like?

You will be supervised by Pattern’s Head of Client Operations. You will also be mentored by the VP of Strategy & Operations and work cross-functionally with many key leaders in the Pattern org, notably within the Digital Advertising and Ecommerce Management functions. You will work closely with Pattern Creators’ co-Heads of Accounts (for core ecommerce and TikTok Shop businesses, respectively), who will act as strategic partners and internal clients of your team’s content deliverables. All Pattern teams are data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
