IT Engineer Helpdesk

Tasks:

The successful candidate responsibilities will include:

• Handle helpdesk tickets;
• Provide support on operation issues, on Azure cloud;
• Work on daily ad-hoc requests and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Familiar with SQL, Web Services, Python;
• Familiar with the onsite support process, IT technology platform, and environment;
• Good understanding of Azure cloud;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Good Team-work experience;
• Capability to work on night shifts (standby);
• Good oral and writing skills, in English.
