Company Overview:

My Client is one of the top crypto brands in the world, known for our innovative products and services in the digital currency space. With a strong presence in the global market, we are now expanding our operations to Berlin, Germany. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team and drive our growth in this new market.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our market share and increase revenue in the Berlin region

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies

- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve targets and drive business growth

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition

- Collaborate with the global management team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives

- Monitor and report on regional performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize operations and achieve targets

- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and maintain a strong understanding of the legal landscape in the crypto industry

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and build relationships

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the crypto or financial services industry

- Proven track record of successfully expanding business operations and achieving targets

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels

- In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry and market trends

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
