eMaint EAM/ CMMS is trusted by thousands of customers globally and is consistently ranked as a category leader. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our product management team and help shape the future of our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in CMMS/ EAM or other relevant industrial enterprise applications (MES, ERP, FSM, WMS etc.) and will help drive eMaint product strategy by articulating roadmap tradeoffs, developing requirements design, creating required documentation, and supporting the successful launch key product capabilities.

You will work closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Engineering, UX, Customer Success etc. To help drive alignment on critical business problems.

While this is an individual contributor role, it requires high degree of self-monitoring and leadership skills like leading by influence, process improvement, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product roadmap development and prioritization
  • Establish roadmap priorities and themes by synthesizing broad customer requirements, market analysis,
  • Help implement ongoing roadmap priorities based on overall product strategy, business opportunity, industry requirements, strategic customer engagement etc.
  • Lead functional requirements and nurturing of mid-to-long term roadmap backlogs to align with strategic priorities.
  • Customer engagement
  • Work directly with eMaint customers, where needed, to aggregate and triage enhancement requests for strategic alignment and roadmap prioritization.
  • Leverage right VOC tools (surveys, usage monitoring, customer interviews, on-site visits etc.) to aggregate, analyze and disseminate the findings within the organization.
  • Partner with customer success teams to gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development decisions.
  • Product evangelism and strategic Initiatives
  • Established or growing knowledge of asset management or work management domain and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to ensure the eMaint product market differentiation and success.
  • Ability to digest complex technical and functional topics and contextualize it for the right audience (for e.g. Engineering vs. Sales, end users vs. leadership)
  • Product Operations
  • Participate in organizational commercial and product performance tracking and improvement initiatives.
  • Responsible for pricing strategies and managing the product licensing SKUs
  • Create relevant artifacts for the eMaint product (including, but not limited to requirement definition, user stories etc.)

Qualifications - External

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with enterprise software products at scale; as a product manager, product owner, or business analyst.
  • Experience with industrial B2B software like EAM, CMMS, ERP, FSM, MES, WMS; or subject matter expertise around one or more key concepts such as work management, order management, inventory management, planning and scheduling, job costing/ fixed asset accounting etc.
  • Comfort with using and publishing requirements authoring and collaboration tools (for e.g. Jira, Wiki. Confluence etc.)
  • Experience with one or more technical concepts like enterprise architecture, SaaS, integrations (APIs), extensibility, platform-focused architecture etc.
  • Ability to be dedicated to work with both defined and undefined problems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience of customer and internal partner management
  • Track record of working with SaaS applications at scale on least one major public cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with Agile software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Comfort with data analysis

This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $99,700.00 - $185,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
