About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced insurance specialist for one of our Scandinavian clients for a part-time assignment, approximately 8 hours a week. In this role, you will help develop and maintain clients’s products, focussing on enhancing the way insurance information is accessed and tilized. Your expertise will be vital in shaping their product offerings and expanding into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working as Insurance Consultant or on similar position.
  • Building and maintaining a data dictionary of insurance coverages by mapping policy documents from various companies.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to improve product features and advocating for the best ways to present insurance information to consumers and advisors.
  • Conducting training sessions to promote best practices within the company.
  • Researching competitors and supporting new sales opportunities with data insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience in reading, interpreting, and understanding insurance policies.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Project management experience, including leading projects from start to finish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in providing insurance and risk management advice to consumers.
  • Previous experience working in insurance companies, specifically in risk management, underwriting, or data & analytics.
