Our expectations
The National Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing the sales of customers of national agreements within the company's current portfolio. The client portfolio is made up of large property managers and member associations who purchase from Rona for the maintenance and renovation of their commercial or residential rental properties throughout the province of Quebec and or nationally.
Your role
Contribute to the achievement of the organization's sales objectives for national agreements.
Customer visits, business review
Promote the program to customers and Pro counters in our corporate stores
Coordinate account setup for customers attached to each agreement
Coordinate marketing requests for websites, magazines, and other needs according to each contract
Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative team and in-store teams to develop sales at the member level of each group
Provide sales reports upon request and based on the contract calendar
Special request management
Participate in association events (Congress or meeting of members)
All other related tasks
The Qualifications We Are Looking For
Knowledge of the hardware industry an asset
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Rapid learner, analytical ability and business acumen Mobility
Mobility – regular travel on the road
3 years of experience in sales and/or account management
