  • In this role, you'll be responsible for not only defining features but also ensuring that they are delivered in a way that aligns with the overall system architecture.
  • You'll need to balance the needs of the product (new features, improvements) with critical technical considerations such as observability, scalability, and performance.

  • Deep experience in the financial industry is required to understand the domain.

Who You Are:

  • Support Product Launch: Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from final development stages including training, documentation and support strategy through to launch, ensuring the product

is ready for market and meets all compliance, security, and performance standards.

  • Translate Product Strategy: Translate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market demands into a backlog of prioritized work for the engineering teams that will deliver the most value and ensure the product can continuously evolve and be supported.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, operations to ensure alignment and execution on product goals. Help new development pods quickly come up to speed and maintain a refined backlog with clear priorities at all times. • Support Stakeholder Communications: Create artifacts and ensure demos are available as needed to communicate progress, and changes to stakeholders in alignment with the product manager.
  • Incorporate User Experience & Customer Feedback: Work with UX/UI teams to ensure the product delivers an exceptional user experience. Partner with the product manager to incorporate customer feedback into the backlog to continuously improve the product.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery as the engineering pods expand and ensure there is an effective triage process to categorize support work and balance against new features.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to product development, launch, and scalability, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure the product complies with all relevant financial regulations and maintains the highest standards of security and data protection.
