Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and three years of related experience. Must possess sufficient educational background and/or experience to conduct clinical applications analysis and/or programming of intermediate to complex systems, analysis of clinical workflows, and system adoption strategies.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of intermediate to highly complex clinical systems in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies. Clinical applications include any software application used in support of the clinical enterprise including patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as applications for specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology. Other responsibilities include providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems to develop requirements for the configuration of clinical applications, and providing solutions to intermediate to complex problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures, workflows, and information technology solutions. This role also requires an understanding of the assigned system applications, functions, and features end-users would experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant application certifications / specifically in Epic Prelude, Cadence, and Grand Central.
Job Duties:
We are seeking a highly experienced Epic Analyst with Access Enterprise experience/awareness in Cadence/Referrals, Reporting, and Security who is independent in solving highly complex technical issues while working with various team members. Will be responsible for multiple phases of projects and provide consistent communication and exercise best practices.
- Applies advanced analysis and documentation skills for clinical system investigation and solution implementation.
- Serves as a role model while dealing with all levels of the EHR Clinical App. Analysts
- Provides support in various projects while interacting with/ executive sponsor, ensuring project charter and status updates are delivered.
- Focuses on functionality and integration of entire systems and systems solutions.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Takes initiative to learn and apply new technology and solutions.

Work Schedule:
Remote work,
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with after hour on call, and urgent work hours.
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
