Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, 2-3 years experience as Sr. Patient Account Rep - Collections or 1-3 years experience as a Supervisor, Experience in healthcare insurance collections.
Key responsabilities:
- Supervise team operations, establish goals, assign tasks, and maintain schedules
- Meet cash forecast by reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and motivate staff to ensure proper training and communication
- Monitor collections activities, conduct account reviews, maintain portfolio accounts, prepare reports, and participate in close processes
- Ensure audit trails compliance, review and recommend process improvements, handle customer inquiries, lead team with HR partnership, and liaise with cross-divisional teams
- Assist with various projects as assigned
