Wage Transparency: $73,000-$90,000 + Bonus


Numerator Surveys combine verified purchase behavior with mobile surveys to unlock consumer and shopper insights that build stronger brands. With the largest, most diverse consumer purchase panel, we can provide unmatched insight into consumer influencers, behaviors, and opinions.


As a Research Consultant with Numerator’s Survey Research team, you’ll be a vital member of our team focusing on a core set of clients and ad-hoc projects. You will serve as a trusted advisor with your client, providing expert guidance to drive engagement and impact. Your additional responsibilities will include project management and research design through to final analysis and delivery of results to your clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your client, acting as a strategic partner to ensure deliverable quality and identify opportunities for growth.


How You’ll Spend Your Time:


  • Expected to be the primary point of contact for your clients to drive engagement, impact, and a strong relationship, supported by other members of your team, and often working closely with or delegating to other members of the client team (sales, consulting, operations, etc.
  • Responsible for the full project life-cycle, which would include scoping, project design (including proposal writing as needed), execution, and analysis of client-specific projects, including questionnaire writing, sample selection, tab and analytical plans, deliverable creation, and presentation of results
  • Possess a solid understanding of sample methodologies, research techniques, industry standards, intermediate panel structures, and the ability to identify and interpret advanced analytics with some guidance, as well as opportunities for other Numerator offerings
  • Have an understanding of Numerator’s shopper panel in order to enhance survey results and collaborate with the panel team to provide clients with holistic research designs and results
  • Contribute to client strategy in collaboration with the account team and provide support for sales initiatives
  • Manage client workload with minimal supervision/oversight required
  • Delegate appropriately to/provide mentorship and feedback to Analysts and members of the Research Operations team, as you work side-by-side on projects
  • Travel, as required, to support the above responsibilities


What you'll bring to Numerator:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of quantitative research experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow client relationships
