Proven Oracle HCM project management experience, In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM solutions and cloud technologies, Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects with attention to detail, Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective stakeholder interaction at all levels, Fluent English, minimum B2 level, Business Intelligence tools knowledge, PM methodologies certifications a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead entire Oracle HCM project lifecycle ensuring goals are met on time and within budget
- Strategic planning, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, develop detailed project plans, identify necessary resources
- Solution integration, overseeing integration of Oracle HCM solutions with existing systems, ensuring alignment with business processes
- Team management, coordinating the team, providing support, mentoring, and leadership to ensure successful completion of activities
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress
