About the job:

Squint.ai is looking for an interim Head of Sales who will transition to a GTM leadership role. We need someone who will ramp quickly to understand our customers’ business and align with their strategic initiatives while steering our rocketship GTM motion. We’re looking for a dynamic leader who will maintain the existing operational rigor, pivot quickly to remove obstacles, and maintain a maniacal focus on achieving our revenue goals. This is a remote position with a dynamic and engaging team beside you. 

To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, manage your business in an organized fashion, and strive for feedback with a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of ramped, dynamic Account Executives with a mix of tactical, run rate business and strategic pursuits. Help drive opportunity qualification, progression and prioritization activities to maximize revenue impact to the business

  • Partner with Marketing to maintain a high volume and quality of lead activity, supported by a team of SDR direct reports 

  • Act as an executive sponsor for strategic deals while enforcing an enterprise sales methodology

  • Scale the Sales organization by progressing open Sales Ops projects and identifying new opportunities to streamline operations

  • Collaborate with internal leadership stakeholders, including our CEO, to move deals forward

  • Prioritize our customers’ success above all else

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of Account Executive experience and 5+ sales management experience, with a track record of success in a SaaS-based sales role

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients and convey the value proposition of Squint’s platform

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand clients' needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions to address specific pain points

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive successful deals and achieve sales targets

  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment and be open to adapt to changes and challenges

  • Self-Motivation: A self-driven individual who can work independently and take the initiative to generate leads and drive sales
