We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team. This pivotal role supports our CEO, acting as the right hand to facilitate the seamless operation of both business and personal fronts. You will be the backbone of day-to-day activities, coordinating mastermind events, providing team/HR support, and ensuring our leadership can focus on strategic decisions without the hassle of operational or administrative tasks.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

  • Manage email and social media communications with stakeholder
  • Handle calendar scheduling and ensure optimal time management
  • Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Assist with presentations, research, and financial documentation
  • Arrange personal tasks, including selecting and purchasing gifts
  • Manage health appointments and support household management
  • Organize mastermind events, including food, activities, logistics, and on-site support
  • Handle communications and continuous updates related to events
  • Manage team gifts, hiring screening, and interview support
  • Oversee new hire onboarding, manage time-off requests, vacation tracking, and scorecard support.

Position Details

  • This is a Full-Time remote W2 position
  • Benefits include: We provide funds toward personal medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additionally, we offer paid time off (PTO), vacation, sick time, and paid holidays.
  • Hours are Monday - Friday, ideally starting 7am CT with flexibility throughout the day
  • The pay rate is $25/hr. USD
  • We are looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
