Position Overview

  • We are seeking a NetSuite analyst to join our ERP team in the Information Systems group.
  • Be a trusted partner of the Finance, Sales and Operations units to choose and implement the right solutions that will support the company’s growth strategy. Support our internal partners in their daily work.
  • Define, manage, and execute future finance, sales or logistics related solutions deployments.
  • Participate in project scoping with stakeholders across the business; gather and analyze business requirements within NetSuite ERP and third-party applications.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement in our system of internal controls; develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure auditability and compliance.
  • Provide administration and support of NetSuite ERP system and other related systems, includes process monitoring and improvement, end user training, problem resolution and ongoing support with high importance to SLA management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting day-to-day business operations.
  • Supporting financial teams and solving cases in NetSuite within SLA
  • Help with end user training on NetSuite modules.
  • Maintaining NetSuite permissions.
  • Support with testing (QA) of new solutions, developments and NetSuite releases 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience with supporting NetSuite ERP with Hand-on experience
  • Strong financial background, advantage for CPA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience communicating technical information to non-technical staff.
  • Demonstrated experience working both independently and in group project settings and global remote teams in Hi-Tech company (preferable)
  • Must be a US citizen
