Key responsabilities:
- Manage accounts receivable portfolio, ensure timely payment and resolve customer issues
- Apply collection strategies, build customer relationships, analyze delinquency, resolve disputes, and identify root causes
- Communicate with internal departments and engage in projects to improve operational efficiencies
- Demonstrate sound judgment, prompt follow-up, and timely escalations to prevent delinquencies
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to enhance customer payment cycle and processes
