How will you make a difference
- Be responsible for supervising the technical performance of a group of apps projects of different industries.
- Lead and manage multiple teams of tech professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve the project's´ goals.
- Act as a technical expert, providing oversight and guidance on projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive technological advancements.
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and developments, recommending innovative solutions to improve processes and procedures.
- Establish performance standards and KPIs to ensure good monitoring of the team.
- Provide support and guidance to those responsible for different tech teams on team management, leadership styles and coaching.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution.
Requirements

- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing teams and delivering successful projects.
- Strong technical background with expertise in software development, infrastructure management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus
