The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
The Opportunity:
As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of priorities. You will inspire and engage the subchapter members to collaborate across the network and exponentially contribute towards Roche’s Ten Year Ambitions. You will also be accountable for driving the embedding of the new operating model and will role model agile collaboration.
The Digital Campaign Subchapter lead will contribute to shaping the future of the Global Digital Hub by developing cutting-edge digital capabilities and supporting the development of colleagues across the organization. This challenging position will create unique opportunities to further grow, learn new leadership and functional skills, and deepen the understanding of the different digital capabilities such as Social Media Management, Website Management, Creative Design, Digital Campaign Management, Marketing Automation & Digital Operations.
The Digital Campaign Subchapter Lead has responsibility for supporting the strategic vision and direction of the chapter and continuously seeks opportunities for innovation and value creation. In this position you will be focusing on:
Coordinating the operation of the Subchapter; Onboarding and developing team members by providing coaching and other support to maintain the high effectiveness of assigned activities related to the Digital Campaign Chapter managed within the Global Digital Hub and ensuring the team members have the required proficiency to execute work packages, delivering the objectives and seek ways of continuously improving
Resource management and continuous monitoring of resource utilization and customer satisfaction within the Subchapter
Being accountable for and foster capability development of the team members
Quickly and effectively engaging resources, utilizing both formal and informal networks to meet desired goals
Partnering and building relationships with other Subchapter Leads to align on strategic priorities, accelerate decision-making, ease bottlenecks, and to support each other
Gathering feedback, best practices and success stories from business partners across the region, forming a community to create a culture of sharing and learning or working towards common targets to leverage synergies and harmonize processes
As center of excellence, establishing process governance principles and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibility.
Who you are:
You have 8+ years of experience working in digital operations for large organizations, agencies or startups and 8+ Digital omnichannel marketing experience and proven track record in developing and delivering effective and engaging content.
You gained 3+ years of experience in people development, coaching, and leadership.
You have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) and additional languages are a plus, based on region/customer requirements.
You can successfully navigate complex, multicultural and highly matrix environments.
You excel in project and change management skills and have end-to-end accountability (incl. big picture and impact understanding, engaging others to ensure a successful outcome).
