We are currently looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team of devoted, highly experienced professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Daily challenges

  • Leading advanced troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with vendor and third-party support teams.

  • Planning and implementing changes within the assigned technology platforms, including normal, standard, and emergency scenarios.

  • Proactively identifying potential issues or situations that may impact service quality.

  • Participating in Root Cause Analysis and managing the Problem Management lifecycle.

  • Developing a strong understanding of the customer’s business environment and support processes, staying updated on new technologies.

  • Participating in an on-call duty shift schedule to provide round-the-clock support.

eXperience and skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant network experience, preferably in supporting enterprise-level customers.

  • Expertise in TCP/IP, routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching (Ethernet, STP, LACP, VTP), and related network protocols (ICMP, ARP, Port-security, etc.).

  • Strong technical knowledge of Firewall technologies, specifically Checkpoint and Palo Alto.

  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus, ensuring clear and timely communication with customers, partners, and internal/external users.

  • Proficiency in English is required.

What we will consider as an advantage:

  • Cisco CCNP or other equivalent network certifications.

  • Experience with VMware Virtualization products.

  • Familiarity with Cisco and HP/Aruba network technologies.

  • Experience with IPS/IDS technologies and Load Balancers (F5 or similar vendors).

  • Understanding of Zone-Based Firewall concepts.

  • Knowledge of Public and Hybrid Cloud environments (VMware, Azure, AWS).

  • Familiarity with VMware NSX products.

  • Experience with SDWAN solutions (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, VMware).
