We are seeking a highly professional, organized and skilled Executive Assistants to provide comprehensive support to our CXO’s (CEO and COO). The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with discretion and confidentiality. This is a pivotal role within the company, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail with the ability to manage client interaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute key projects, initiatives, and tasks across marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR, strategies, and compliance. Engage with clients and vendors, manage projects, and ensure timely follow-ups with team members and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact between the CXO and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders such as clients and vendors. Facilitate all internal and external communications, including handling calls, visitors, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Manage the CXOs diary and email accounts, ensuring effective scheduling. Arrange and prepare meetings with internal teams or external stakeholders, support as a scribe, and share meeting notes. Organize corporate events and manage the CXOs participation in external events.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and communications for sales, marketing, and other business needs. Handle confidential documents securely and provide necessary documentation for meetings and logistics.
- Analyze organizational metrics and specific projects, prepare reports, handle project trackers, and support leadership with strategic insights and recommendations.
- Carry out key actives on behalf of the CXO including digital marketing, team management, leadership, vendor management, compliance, invoicing, billing, and sales activities to support business growth.
- Plan and manage travel arrangements for the CXO and team members.
- Perform other necessary activities as required by the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role with a track record of completing projects and tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), G- Suite etc. and working knowledge of tools and software such as CRM, Digital Marketing Tools, AI tools, CMS etc.
- Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Functional knowledge of digital marketing, communication design, business development, vendor management, finance, project management is essential.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with strong follow-up and decision-making skills. Discreet with confidential information, punctual, and able to meet deadlines in a high-pressure role with direct client access. An enterprising attitude and experience in client engagement, sales, and marketing are advantageous.

Eligibility:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Educational Qualification: MBA (Masters degree in Business Administration) or BBA (Bachelors degree in Business Administration) or related field
