Your missions

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a talented Visual Designer who possesses a strong background in UI/UX design, proficiency in automated design tools, and a keen interest in AI technologies. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Chinese, with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our innovative platform.

Responsibilities:
  • UI/UX Design: Create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces and experiences for the company's decentralized applications (dApps) and platform components.
  • Automated Design Tools: Utilize advanced automated design tools to streamline the design process, ensuring efficiency and consistency in visual elements.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all design elements and materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of design elements and user feedback.
  • Localization: Create designs that cater to international audiences, considering cultural nuances and preferences.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI to bring innovative and cutting-edge designs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design expertise.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong interest in exploring emerging AI and automated design tools.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of blockchain and DeFi concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

Salary:
