Senior Manager, Nephrology Care Alliance
DaVita is a Fortune-200 healthcare organization that gives life to hundreds of thousands of kidney patients each day. As part of DaVita’s efforts to bring the gift of value-based care to as many patients as possible, the Nephrology Care Alliance (NCA) works directly with over 2,100 nephrologists nationally to drive innovation and better collaboration in value-based care delivery to the patients we serve.
The NCA team is a ~10-person team that collaborates widely across DaVita senior leadership team, to impact value-based care for the Village. We use a hypothesis-based approach to problem solve and enhance high-level decision-making. We offer a flexible, remote-first work model balanced with in-person team meetings several times each year.

The successful candidate will possess the following: analytical horsepower, clear and efficient communication, strong business acumen, the ability to work with a cross-functional team, and solid organization and project management.

Salary/ Wage Range
$91,000.00 - $133,700.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
