HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As a Product Manager, you will support key organizational growth initiatives and enhancement roadmaps to attract, engage, and retain customers for web traffic across the US and Canada, ~$600M in annual revenue. The Product Manager will work closely with the cross-functional team (customer experience, site merchandising, marketing, and technology). The Product Manager is driven by curiosity and seeking answers to define the best path forward. They are hyper-focused on solving our customers' problems and supply outcomes through out-of-the-box thinking. In this role, you will contribute to business unit success by executing a roadmap, managing a backlog, and driving outcome-driven initiatives.

This role reports to the Director of Product Management and is 100% remote with occasional travel to our Atlanta offices as needed.

Execution & Delivery (25%)

  • Owns execution of near-term roadmap; including backlog prioritization, design, requirements, delivery cycle, and monitoring of contributions

  • With a bias toward action, effectively works ahead to connect teams’ ideas into a broader vision and anticipates the implications of a decision that could have unexpected consequences to the business or customer experience

  • Holds the team accountable for their daily activities and works ahead to mitigate potential risks and aid in working around roadblocks

  • Serves as the connection between technical and non-technical team members throughout the product development lifecycle

Business & Technical Acumen (30%)

  • Understands how upcoming (and earlier) features should be coordinated across multiple workstreams to create a cohesive end-to-end customer experience

  • Effectively captures and prioritizes cross-functional requests for the team and translates the request into an actional idea

  • Clearly understands technical capabilities and limitations to ensure solutions can be developed in a reasonable timeline

Customer Insights & Analytics (30%)

  • Ability to identify unmet needs and external trends that influence customer behavior and expectations

  • Effectively makes data-driven decisions based on past performance and uses that knowledge to coordinate near-term roadmaps

  • Proactively pursues customer feedback via VOC, usability tests, a/b tests, customer replays, and Adobe Analytics to identify future customer needs

Communication & Collaboration (15%)

  • Present data-based recommendations and outcomes to cross-functional teams and eCommerce leadership

  • Work directly with stakeholders to collaborate on strategy, requirements, and implementation

  • Build stakeholder consensus through leading ideas

  • Evangelize technology and innovation across the organization

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

Must haves:

  • 4+ years of product management (or similar) experience with a track record of delivering business value

  • Demonstrated history of using data to drive product development roadmap - Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective communication skills with experience confidently and credibly articulating a direction to gain consensus across multiple business units (Engineering, UX/UI, Merchandising, Marketing, etc.)

  • Analytical, organized, and independent problem solver with an attention to detail

  • Experienced with digital product development tools (Confluence, Jira, Adobe Analytics, Figma, etc.)

  • Experienced in creating technical/functional requirements for development with an ability to define how a product works vs. simply bringing the ideas to life

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and app/web architecture (HTML, CSS, JS controllers, React, Swift, etc.)

Strongly preferred:

  • Experience working in a direct-to-consumer retail environment

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or comparable eCommerce platform

  • 4-year degree
