We organize corporate-only events on various innovation management, and more recently, HR and marketing topics, hosted by companies in Europe, the US, and China, as well as our Summit in Copenhagen attended by 600 corporate innovators, the world’s largest gathering of its kind.

We are a team of international, enthusiastic, and passionate people and we love to take things into our own hands. We are now seeking a dynamic Paid Marketing Specialist to elevate our paid campaigns to new heights as part of the digital marketing team within the marketing and events department.

What is the job?
We’re looking for a new Paid Marketing Specialist who’s ready to join our energetic team and take our LinkedIn and Google ad campaigns to the next level. If you’re someone who finds joy in digging into data, tweaking strategies, and finding creative ways to get the most out of every campaign, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic and paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.

  • Manage day-to-day ad campaigns, including budget management, bid strategies, and A/B testing, while regularly analyzing performance and refining strategies to enhance effectiveness and boost ROI.

  • Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve

  • Work with our content and design teams to create impactful ad assets, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for performance

  • Optimize landing pages associated with paid campaigns, working collaboratively with relevant teams to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and continuous performance analysis

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn as the primary platform, along with experience in Google Ads, and Meta. Candidates with strong skills in other paid platforms who can quickly adapt to Linkedin are also encouraged to apply

  • Strong analytical skills and a love for data driven decision making

  • Technical expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools.

  • A strategic thinker who can align campaigns with our business goals.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in a B2B and/or events environments is highly desirable and a significant plus, but not a requirement
