Job Opportunity: Sr. Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive review of our existing DBT build pipeline.
Identify areas for improvement in terms of performance, reliability, and scalability.

Manage daily operations of the DBT pipeline, ensuring successful execution of scheduled builds.
Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Implement best practices for version control, testing, and deployment within the DBT framework.

Optimization and Enhancement:

Optimize SQL code and transformation logic to improve pipeline efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation for the DBT pipeline, including workflows, dependencies, and data lineage.
Provide training and support to team members on DBT usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing and optimizing DBT pipelines.
Strong background in SQL and data transformation.
DBT Cloud CI/CD pipelines.

Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience running builds in DBT Cloud
Experience with Postgres
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).What We Offer
