Role Overview:
As an Executive Search Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in
identifying and engaging with high-calibre candidates for senior leadership positions across
the Healthcare, Higher Education, and Not-for-Profit sectors. Your research will be
instrumental in supporting our executive search researchers and consultants in delivering
exceptional service to both private and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Independently and in conjunction with colleagues, develop search strategies and
target lists for specific client engagements.
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates for executive roles using
various tools, databases, and networks.
Approaching candidates using various methods to engage them in considering the
roles we recruit for.
Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure they meet the client’s requirements.
Scheduling conversations for colleagues with the candidates to discuss the roles.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all research activities and candidate
interactions in our database.
Collaborate with the wider team and research colleagues across the business to
refine and improve research methodologies and processes.
Requirements
Skills and experience:
Proven experience in executive search or other relevant areas of senior recruitment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and software applications.
Ideally, familiarity with the healthcare and higher education sectors and
understanding of the high-level roles we recruit for.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex
information.
Ability to problem solve, identify and articulate solutions for tasks or new ways of
doing things.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, and
emotional intelligence that enables you to engage with colleagues and senior
contacts globally.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to project manage
your client assignments and internal requirements.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively with adaptability and
flexibility.
