Position Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative at Qogita, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by bringing our revolutionary wholesale procurement solutions to brick-and-mortar retailers in the UK Health & Beauty segment.

Your primary responsibility will be to work prospects through the entire sales process, from generating leads to converting them into long-term customers.

You will be an advocate for Qogita's mission, representing the company in the field, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that help businesses thrive.

This position requires daily travel 4 days a week, it is essentially Field-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Engagement: Generate leads and convert them into successful customers using various sales methods, including arranging face-to-face meetings at the retailer’s location, cold calling, and online demos. You will also be provided with pre-arranged meetings.

  • Sales Strategy: Research and forecast sales, develop strategies and methods to maximise sales opportunities, and evaluate their effectiveness.

  • Customer Interaction: Visit customers regularly to assess their needs and desires, ensuring that Qogita's offerings align with their business goals.

  • Target Achievement: Set individual and team sales targets, and work diligently to meet or exceed them.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, analyse their products and marketing strategies, and use this information to strengthen Qogita’s market position.

  • Customer Representation: Act as the face of Qogita during customer meetings and presentations, effectively communicating our value proposition and building strong relationships.

  • Account Management: Maintain detailed records of customer accounts and sales activities to ensure a seamless experience for clients and provide actionable feedback to management.

  • Reporting: Collect and analyse financial data to report performance metrics and provide insights to management, aiding in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or in a similar role. Experience in the fragrance market, pharmaceutical industry, or beauty supply is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and methodologies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer bases.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to research market trends and competitor activities.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and report outcomes. (Experience with Hubspot is a plus)

  • Willingness to travel 4 days a week to meet with customers and prospects.
