Job description

As our data guru here at Mantra, you willl be responsible for supporting the analytics and insights needs throughout the organization. You will partner with teams across the organization to collect, visualize and interpret data that enables better decision-making to support our internal operations and level-up our business intelligence capabilities.  The ideal candidate loves creating dashboards and other tools to empower various business stakeholders.  Additionally, you’ll build reporting and analytics to support the evolving product needs by our partners.

What you will do:
  • Support the operational needs of various internal business stakeholders by delivering high-quality output from our data reporting tools (i.e. Looker)
  • Be a trusted partner to our clinic, operations and go-to-market teams, by working with them to define analytics requirements, identify their key questions, and ultimately enable data to inform their decision-making 
  • Create partner-facing reporting dashboards and analytics insights to better enable our partner’s use, performance and understanding of the product offering
  • Collaborate with company leadership to create and maintain a company-wide reporting package with KPIs by function to provide insights to overall business health
  • Increase data availability and self-service through building business intelligence solutions
  • Communicate not just status updates, but rather insights and recommendations driven by what’s in the data
  • Perform exploratory analyses that inform opportunities or validate strategic directions
About You:
  • You have 3+ years of experience working in a full-time analytics role
    • Ideally having been part of building and scaling an analytics function at a startup
  • You are proficient in SQL, developing and documenting data models, and experience managing a modern BI tool such as Looker
  • Familiar with Modern Data Stack concepts and tools, including:
    • ETL Tools - e.g. Fivetran, Stitch
    • Data Warehouses - e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, RedShift
  • You have previously worked on a small team (or solo) 
  • Experience working in a Healthcare/Telehealth environment is a bonus!
  • Quantitative Degree or relevant experience
    • Math, CS, Data, Statistics
    • Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain (if technical-leaning)

The salary range for this position is $120k - $140k based on experience. NY and East Coast based applicants preferred.
