We are hiring a Test Automation Specialist who will be a strong partner to our customers and deliver best practices with Software QA. Internally, you will also be responsible for communicating and contributing to the continuous development of the Quality Engineering Center of Excellence best practices, go-to-market approach, and overall client engagement best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as a Test Automation Specialist in understanding and simplifying the implementations to the QE test automation suite and implementing it into CI/CD pipeline.
  • Assist the other QA/TA team members deployed on the client side in making test automation a success.
  • Adhere to Testlio’s defined scripting governance process.
  • Prepare automation roadmaps and status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the data.
  • Use your extensive automation experience to challenge the status quo and recommend improvements to frameworks and processes.
  • Partner with clients' internal teams to drive strategic Automated Testing solutions.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Playwright (must have), Appium (nice to have), Selenium (nice to have), and other test automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Typescript (must have), Java (nice to have), and Python (nice to have).
  • Must have experience working with external clients.
  • Hands-on experience in testing large codebases with multiple subsystems.
  • Knowledge of how automation can be leveraged for different quality gates.
  • Previous experience in collaborating with different stakeholders and clients, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience implementing test automation into CI/CD pipelines is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. You’ll be communicating in English every day, including in meetings.
  • Be willing to learn fast and continuously expand your knowledge.
  • Team player, socially open-minded, empathetic, and considerate of cultural differences.
